Board Meeting Feb 27

The next WSEHOA, Inc Board Meeting will be Tuesday, Feb 27, 2018 at Marilyn Wienekes 6755 SW Ventura Place at 3 pm.  All members are welcomed to attend.

2018 Dues

Please DO NOT SEND in your dues for 2018.  Due to the restrictions placed on the association by the by laws when the year end financial balance is more than $10000, no dues may be collected until the amount is $2000 or less.  When and if that amount is reached this year, the Board will then pro-rate any dues and send out invoices.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Happy New Year 2018 and Annual Meeting Jan 23 at 7pm

PLEASE read the new by- laws carefully.  It appears to some members that the new by- laws give the board of directors MORE power to adjust the assessments.  I agree that the bylaws should be updated, BUT the update should be consistent with the Oregon Laws.   Hope to see homeowners at the meeting.  Take care,  Dianne Kostur
