The December WSE HOA BOARD meeting will be Dec 13, 2016 at Dianne Kostur's home at 7 pm.  The address is 9865 SW Ventura Ct.  The meeting is open to all members  Please come and see how the board works and if you would like to participate next year.  As the by laws state only the board can vote at the Board Meetings but we always take into consideration any items members present to the board.  If you can not attend, please send an email or notify any board member of your interest and/or concerns.  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur, Chair  cdkostur@aol.com or 503-201-9179

WSE HOA Annual Meeting 2017

The WSE HOA Annual Meeting 2017 will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Kostur's home, 9865 SW Ventura Ct at 7 pm.  Please let me know if you have any items to be included on the agenda.  At this time there will be a report/discussion on the By Laws Committee (and their interest in possible incorporation of the HOA),  the stairs safety update, the landscaping committee, the web site update,  the social committee, and election of officers.  Anyone interested in serving on the board, please contact me as there will be some vacancies that will need to be filled.  Our next WSE HOA Board Meeting is set for Tuesday December 13, 2016 at 7pm at Marilyn Wieneke's home.  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur  cdkostur@aol.com

Summer

Busy Summer !  The picnic was fun!  We had about 15 homes represented.  The kids and adults all had fun.  THANK YOU to the Social Committee for ALL of your hard work!  We had our third board meeting of the year and are continuing to work on the stairs, the park and the by-laws.  We have had new residents move into the area and hope they will become involved.  The next board meeting will be in December and the Annual Meeting in January.  If you are interested in serving on the Washington Square Estates Board, please let me or any board member know.   Our next event is the Adult Halloween party!  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur, 503-201-9179 or cdkostur@aol.com
