WSE HOA Annual Meeting 2017

The WSE HOA Annual Meeting 2017 will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Kostur's home, 9865 SW Ventura Ct at 7 pm.  Please let me know if you have any items to be included on the agenda.  At this time there will be a report/discussion on the By Laws Committee (and their interest in possible incorporation of the HOA),  the stairs safety update, the landscaping committee, the web site update,  the social committee, and election of officers.  Anyone interested in serving on the board, please contact me as there will be some vacancies that will need to be filled.  Our next WSE HOA Board Meeting is set for Tuesday December 13, 2016 at 7pm at Marilyn Wieneke's home.  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur  cdkostur@aol.com

Summer

Busy Summer !  The picnic was fun!  We had about 15 homes represented.  The kids and adults all had fun.  THANK YOU to the Social Committee for ALL of your hard work!  We had our third board meeting of the year and are continuing to work on the stairs, the park and the by-laws.  We have had new residents move into the area and hope they will become involved.  The next board meeting will be in December and the Annual Meeting in January.  If you are interested in serving on the Washington Square Estates Board, please let me or any board member know.   Our next event is the Adult Halloween party!  Thanks,  Dianne Kostur, 503-201-9179 or cdkostur@aol.com

Welcome

Welcome to the Washington Square Estates Website and Blog! We're excited to announce that this will be the new hub for neighborhood information coming from the Homeowners association as well as the Neighborhood Social Committee.

We had a great kick off with the renewal of the Progressive Dinner back at the end of May. 3 of our neighbors generously opened their doors and allowed us to bring in food and beverages while we socialized and had a great time. The turnout was fantastic and I can say, we're all really looking forward to the next event coming up, the Summer Picnic in the Park at the end of the cul-de-sac on Ventura Ct., August 29th. Please keep your eye out for more information here, through the Social Committee emails & on posted signs around the neighborhood.

This site is a work in progress. Please be patient as we get everything squared away. You'll notice that there's a navigation menu to the right. Currently these pages are empty, but the will be populated over the next couple of months. If there's a section you feel is missing, please let us know and the board will consider the proposal.
