The new officers of the Washington Square Estates Homeowners Association (WSEHA) are:
I'm new to the neighborhood and am planning on replacing our deck. Do I need to submit anything to the homeowners association? We are fully permitted with the city of Tigard and basically just replacing the existing decking with new material. If I need approval please let me know how to submit the plan
