After an interesting, well attended Annual Meeting the New By Laws were NOT passed and a new board was elected.  Thank you to previous board members and welcome to the new board members:

PLEASE read the new by- laws carefully.  It appears to some members that the new by- laws give the board of directors MORE power to adjust the assessments.  I agree that the bylaws should be updated, BUT the update should be consistent with the Oregon Laws.   Hope to see homeowners at the meeting.  Take care,  Dianne Kostur

This Crime Map is always updated and available on the KATU website.  This one is dated March 7th, 2017, and shows incidents in the past 30 days.  9630 SW Ventura Court is the reference point (shown as person icon).  Just FYI.

Our first meeting to determine our officers will be on Wednesday, February 8th, 7pm at the Trinchero residence.

to our "retired" board members, Dianne Kostur, Diane Neely and Joan Morley -- who have tirelessly served our neighborhood for many years.

Thank you also to Marilyn Weineke who served on the board for 2016, taking on the task of Bylaws Committee Chair.  We are definitely going to continue this work.  Stay tuned....
